Teach With Us
Share your skills, knowledge, and passion with the community—teach a course or facilitate an event at Woodbine. The educational workshops and programs are a lively part of our community, and we are offer programs throughout the year. To do this, we need enthusiastic people who want to share their skills and knowledge in diverse programs that promote our mission.
If you have an idea for a workshop, program, or other event, please contact us. Please provide an outline and/or short description for the program that you are suggesting as well as your qualifications. Proposals are considered in relation to “fit” with the Woodbine mission, community interest, and feasibility—as well as content. We are especially interested in adding programs in these areas:
- Being and Becoming Native to This Place
- Bioregional History and Ecology
- Building and Sustainable Design
- Community Arts, Media, and Culture
- Community Economics
- Community Health
- Ecological Literacy
- Food and Sustainability
- Indigenous Philosophy in Theory and Practice
- Renewable Energy
- Restorative Justice
- Social Theory
- Youth Leadership
