Weather Updates
February 2013
Woodbine is closed for the season. Please contact the office if you wish to arrange for a visit or tour.
It has been a very dry winter with low levels of snow. Remember we are at 7,000 feet (2,140 meters) so the weather will be colder than in the lower urban areas. Please dress appropriately.
At the moment there is no fire ban although there is heightened fire risk even for the winter so we continue to exercise extreme caution with the use of fire due to the very low level of moisture. No individual fires are allowed and fires in designated areas are permitted only when authorized and supervised by Woodbine staff.
At this point there are no weather related event or program changes or cancellations.
Please check as we get closer to the date of scheduled events or programs. In the event of severe weather that might impact an event or program, updates will be posted at our website no later than two hours prior to the scheduled start time of the program or event.
